We produce brewing malts, distilling malts and a wide range of speciality malts.
We offer not oly brewers but also bakers and other food manufacturers interesting
ingredients. Our malts can be tailor made in accordance with each customer's
needs. Also blends of different products are available.

EXTRACTS

Malt Extracts
Our extract product range consists of a wide selection of natural extracts which
are mainly used in bakeries, breweries and in other food industries.
Main functional benefits to be obtained from our extracts are coloring power
and a pleasant, malty aroma.

Beverage Extracts
Polttimo’s selection of both alcoholic and non – alcoholic (kvas) beverage
extracts are to be used by consumers, institutional kitchens, and breweries
of a different scale for beer brewing.

ENZYMES

Our natural malt enzymes are mainly used in bakeries and in the production of
of maltose syrups.
